18-Aug-2019	String Light Outdoor LED Multi-Coloured Black Cable 24V - 10m 100 bulbs	The product is a great piece of kit, well engineered and robustly designed to cope with the elements. It is worth its premium price tag. Unfortunately for me they used Parcelforce for their "standard delivery" and it turned out to be rather sub-standard. The driver falsified his tracking log to make up time and left my heavy parcel at our local Post Office. When I refused to collect it they acted petulantly and, rather than seeking to make amends, dragged their feet for a further week before condescending to deliver it.

We checked the tracking on your parcel can see that it was delivered successfully and on time. Having spoken with you on the phone, I gather that the items had been moved in your office - we are just glad that you did receive them exactly when you were meant to and hope you are enjoying the lights.

You ordered three sets of icicle lights, some nets and some extensions - we contacted you to let you know that we only had two sets of the icicles in stock. Having attempted (unsuccessfully) to reach you by telephone to try to offer alternatives and to discuss the order, we emailed you to let you know that we were going to send the order out minus the one set of icicle lights. We felt that this was the best thing to do, rather than waiting to hear from you - just in case you had an important event which you needed them for.
