Having left a not so good review, they have redeemed themselves. I received a garland in a box far too small, which damaged the garland. They have now sent me one of their garland boxes (which it should have arrived in) and given a discount for the damage to the garland.
when I asked why they could not pack Christmas garlands in a better way to prevent damage. Instead of jamming 3 x 9 foot garlands into a box 40 cm x 32 cm, the answer I was given was the items had to be packaged in a safe way, you can package this sort of product in a postal tube, 1st wrap it in bubble wrap, then in a 9 foot postal tube, this way the product can lie on the floor or up right in the van, and still be kept in its original shape, that is why the product that I brought had to be returned because it had been unprofessionally and thoughtlessly jammed in a box too small for the items thus all the pinecones had sseparated from the garland, plus the description of the product on the website is not absolutely the true version of the product when it arrives, thereby giving a false misrepresentation of the quality and description of the product, it would be helpful if the website had some kind of information to read that the product may not be as shown on the website, you have asked for my opinion. I have given it, no doubt, that those concerned would totally ignore this comment and continue in the same old manner, because they do not want to change anything that is out of their comfort zone in regards to customer care.
