16-Oct-2019	LED Party Lights Warm White - 20m 40 bulbs Black Cable	Unfortunately this delivery was entrusted to Parcel Force, who claimed to have gone to the wrong address (despite supposedly knowing this area). They reportedly left a card advising that they had called to make the delivery at this wrong address. When the people from this address called at Bridge of Allan post office to collect the parcel, they immediately pointed out that it was not addressed to them. Astonishingly, & almost unbelievably, neither the post office nor Parcel Force took any further action to correct this or attempt to execute a correct delivery. This is woefully short of appropriate customer service!	We are very sorry to hear the trouble you have experienced with Parcel Force in receiving your order.
