It is worth its premium price tag. Unfortunately for me they used Parcelforce for their "standard delivery" and it turned out to be rather sub-standard. The driver falsified his tracking log to make up time and left my heavy parcel at our local Post Office. When I refused to collect it they acted petulantly and, rather than seeking to make amends, dragged their feet for a further week before condescending to deliver it.	We are just so pleased that the parcel made it to you and cannot apologise enough for Parcelforce who let us both down on this occasion. I am glad that you are happy with the lights now that they are with you.
