I was very impressed with the very prompt and personal service. I was hoping to find some obscure Christmas lights replacement bulbs which are no longer manufactured. My email enquiry led to a search of their warehouse and the correct bulbs found. Thank you very much - Christmas will look quite a lot brighter this year!
Ordered an item was told be with me 2-3 days. Nothing. Waited a week still nothing. Contacted them to ask where item was and was then told could take 2 weeks. Asked for refund told no and have to wait 2 weeks until item could be declared lost. Then told 8f item dies come and font want it then will have to send back then get refund. Will cost me more to send item back than item was worth. Pointless
Your item was despatched on the day it was ordered by second class post as requested by you. We unfortunately have no control over the Royal Mail during this unprecedented time. Royal Mail criteria for a lost item is 2 weeks after which we would obviously be happy to offer a refund upon receiving the goods back. I am sorry that you are unhappy with the situation but have responded to you swiftly when you communicated with us and tried to give you an honest update. regards Fiona
The order was placed on Sunday and the order arrived Monday and as the were for our town Christmas Trees they were put on the trees that day and switch on was Thursday. I was impressed but have used this company for many years for the Towns Christmas Lights.
