But we had to send the first order back as not what we wanted. not clear enough on website. correct order arrived promptly. one bulb not working. . bulbs cannot be changed , so a full 3 meter chain had to be sent back and replaced.We then ordered 3 more 3 meter chains and two have to be sent back because no hooks on just one bulb on each length. Suggest checking is better before sending out and these hooks/studs are made replaceable and suggest bulbs be changeable as well. Having said that the staff have been good and dealt with each problem straight away.
