Non UK Destinations: in certain circumstances (for instance larger or heavier orders) we may have to prepare a bespoke delivery quotation for you. We will contact you with the cost of delivery.

We will pack and despatch your order the same day if placed before 4pm on a working day.  Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be despatched the next working day: 24hr or 48hr delivery times are calculated from then.

Courier deliveries in the UK are fulfilled by Parcelforce or DPD, post by the Royal Mail.

Important Update - COVID19 related information regarding failed deliveries

Due to dramatically increased demand and constraints on capacity as a result of COVID, our couriers have brought in new policies which mean they will no longer make a second delivery attempt if they have been unable to deliver to you initially. Failed delivery attempts almost always happen because nobody is at the premises to receive the goods, and/or no acceptable alternative delivery arrangements have been specified. In these cases, our couriers have informed us that goods will automatically be returned to us as the originator of the consignment at an additional cost.
If you would like us to re-attempt delivery of the goods, you will need to pay an additional fee equal to the return cost charged to us by the courier (typically, but not necessarily, the original delivery fee plus £10 per parcel) PLUS a second delivery fee. If you choose not to have the goods redelivered, we will refund you the cost of your order less the return costs charged to us by our couriers.
In order to avoid this:

  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address specified to receive the goods on the expected day of delivery
  • If this is not possible, we recommend leaving a note with alternative delivery details (eg leave with neighbour or similar)
  • Provide a mobile phone number when filling out your details - if your order is being delivered by DPD, you will receive a text to let you know when your order will be delivered 

In some cases, you may be able to contact the courier to let them know in advance that you may not be available to receive your goods – please check the consignment’s tracking information.


Order by 4pm (5pm at certain times of year) for next working day delivery.

We have had many years of courier experience and now we have found a courier company who we consider to be excellent. At Christmas time couriers become more and more unreliable therefore we have opted for customer satisfaction and Parcelforce has proved to be superb. We have great confidence in this company to deliver your orders up to the 22nd December! We also offer the cheapest next day delivery compared to other online retailers, some charge £12.50 reducing down to £9.99 or £7.95. We cannot be beaten for next day delivery at £7.50 *For 'standard' size packages - greater charges will be incurred for bigger / heavier packages. Remember that large artificial Xmas trees come in very big heavy boxes. You will see a full range of delivery options / prices at the shopping cart page. Our delivery costs are always very competitive!

When you place an order using the Courier Service you will have a unique Parcelforce or DPD tracking number which can be emailed to you separately. You will be able to track your order Enter your order number in the "Customer reference below" box.  If that fails you can email us and we will let you know how your delivery is progressing.

For a price, we can deliver an item to you at a specific time on a specific day although you will have to contact us at to arrange this. Our standard options available to you are as follows, please bear in mind that the delivery cost will increase if you book a pre timed delivery:

While the next day or 48hr service is offered in good faith, we DO NOT accept failure by the courier to deliver on a particular day / time as a valid reason to completely cancel an order or demand a refund. None of our delivery services are guaranteed, we will despatch on time. See terms & conditions for full details.  If an order is refused because of a problem with the courier, a refund will only be given minus delivery charge and the cost of getting the order returned to us. Refunds can be claimed for delivery surcharges in the event that a timed delivery (e.g. pre-noon) is missed.

For 1st Class post delivery, the delivery date on the confirmation is an ESTIMATE only; we cannot track Royal Mail deliveries. Bear in mind that the 1st class post can take over a week to arrive close to Christmas. If you want tracked delivery, choose the courier option!

Orders under 800g  in weight
If your order is under 800g in weight it will be despatched by 1st Class post, the cost here would be from £3.65.
You can select next day delivery by courier if you wish, this will increase your order delivery cost to £7.50 in total automatically.

Orders over 800g in weight
The majority of orders above 800g will be automatically sent out on a next day delivery with Parcelforce (300mm by 400mm) up to 5Kg the charge will be £5.99 if you place your order before the 1300 cut off time. You can select fast track if you order between 1300 and 1400 your order will go to the top of the queue and be rushed to catch that afternoons courier – this service is charged at £5.50.
If you do not want your order to be delivered next day then you can select a date for it to be delivered to you. This will not reduce the cost as we will still send it out on a next day service the day before you require your order. If you order is over 5Kg in weight or cannot fit into a Parcelforce your delivery will increase to £9.99 as standard for next day delivery in the UK. Please be aware that larger items or specialist orders could incur a further charge above the standard rate.

If you are not in then our drivers can leave your order with a neighbour or named contact. If these options fail your package may be taken back to the depot or your local post office and you will have a card put through your letterbox. However, we are not able to guarantee this.
Provided that we take reasonable care when we deliver the goods to you, we will not be liable to you for any loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity, for any injury to your reputation or for any losses that are not reasonably foreseeable by both of us at the time your order is accepted.
Orders can be delivered world-wide, all prices on the site are UK prices including VAT but exclusive of international postage and packaging. All orders will be accepted in GBP only. If the actual delivery cost is considerably higher than the quoted amount on the site, then we will contact you with an amended delivery fee.
