We checked the tracking on your parcel can see that it was delivered successfully and on time. Having spoken with you on the phone, I gather that the items had been moved in your office - we are just glad that you did receive them exactly when you were meant to and hope you are enjoying the lights.
dont lie on your online stock levels just to get orders
We are sorry that you are unhappy. You ordered three sets of icicle lights, some nets and some extensions - we contacted you to let you know that we only had two sets of the icicles in stock. Having attempted (unsuccessfully) to reach you by telephone to try to offer alternatives and to discuss the order, we emailed you to let you know that we were going to send the order out minus the one set of icicle lights. We felt that this was the best thing to do, rather than waiting to hear from you - just in case you had an important event which you needed them for.
