Hiring of trees can be a cost-effective and labour saving way to organise a Christmas Tree display for business Christmas Parties, Corporate Events, Charity Fundraisers, Local Authority installations - indeed anywhere that personnel to construct the display or storage for the remaining equipment throughout the year may be a problem.
All quotes for tree hire are individually tailored, so please can you have answers to the following questions prepared before calling or emailing us:-
1. How many trees do you need?
2. What size are you looking for?
3. Is the tree to go indoors or outdoors?
4. If outdoors, has there been a tree there before and do you have a fixed hole in place?
5. Do you have adequate nearby power sockets?
6. Do you want the tree to be decorated, if so, do you have a specific colour scheme in mind?
7. Do you want static or twinkling lights – clear or multicoloured?
8. Do the lights have to be low voltage?
9. Would you like LED lights or traditional?
10. When would you like it to be installed ideally?
11. When would you like it removed?
12. Do you have adequate access to installation site, or would roads need to be closed? (this is only relevant for larger trees).
If the tree is to be particularly large then it may be necessary to arrange for a site inspection. Any Tree over 15ft would probably require a cherry picker - this would be for installation and removal - charged at cost - £300+ vat per visit.
