Customer service could not have been better. I had been let down by another supplier and they were able to deliver in 24 hours. Unfortunately the courier lost the package immediately. When I got in touch they investigated and sent out another package straightaway. I had the parcel within 48 hours of the original order despite the first one getting lost (it has still not arrived).
We are really sorry to hear that the original has not arrived, but I am really glad that we were able to replace this parcel promptly for you. We are continuing to investigate with Parcelforce.
