I bought plain spruce garlands and the rder was filled and sent very quickly and efficiently. But there was a problem about delivery. I was not going to be at home on a weekday so I specfied a saturday delivery and paid extra for this. I then got an email saying that it was to be delivered on a friday. When I got this email I contacted customer services and explained the situation and asked them o follwo it up. I did not hear back from them at all - not even an acknowledgement.
In the end I had to rdive to my nearest post office to collect the parcel and it was a heavy one too.
thank you for your feedback. I must admit it has left us a little perplexed as I have checked your order and it clearly shows your requested date as being Friday. You have not been charged any extra for a Saturday delivery. There is a delivery surcharge on your order, but this is because we were delivering to a Northern Ireland Postcode and sadly we get charged extra by Parcelforce for this. I have spoken to everyone in our office and also checked email correspondence and no one here has heard from you - perhaps you contacted Parcelforce and not Christmas Direct? We are obviously not happy at all that you feel our service has let you down, so please do get in touch if you would like to discuss further.

I am sorry that the Royal Mail let us both down here, but am glad the package finally arrived in good order.
