I am so sorry to hear that your spare bulbs have not arrived. They were despatched by first class post on the 18th November, so we would certainly have expected them to have arrived by now. If they are still not with you tomorrow, then please just email email@example.com directly and we will arrange for a replacement.
Extremely happy with the Customer service most of the baubles I ordered had dents on them, Sue from xmasdirect sorted this immediately and next day I had a new delivery which was in perfect condition! Thank you very much!!
