The website and delivery was excellent. The lights are very high quality but, for indoor lights, the cable is a bit heavy and therefore obtrusive when on the Christmas tree. The cable isn't quite as heavy as the larger (and also excellent) outdoor lights but still heavier I think than is required for the current needed for these lights. Possibly it's designed so that it's Ok when there are several sets in series. Overall though it's an excellent company and we've bought al out lights from here for years (we have about 150m of lights in total).

The returns service is appalling. Even if they send you the wrong item they expect you to pay to send it back, without being reimbursed. No returns label is included and when I asked how to return it they were only interested in me buying a replacement and sent me a link to that without telling me how to return the item I had paid for. I asked what postal method of return they wanted and they didn't give details, only to say they wouldn't refund unless items returned in 'sellable condition'. Their replies are defensive and rude and I think they depend on people giving up. Not in line with the customer service of bigger online sellers and I would not recommend using them at all, especially when most companies simply supply a returns label for use without question. They do however, seem to have limitless time to write detailed emails blaming their customers for receiving the wrong item. Definitely do not subscribe to the view that 'the customer is always right'. I had ordered 4 packs of replacement bulbs because the bulbs on their Christmas tree lights do not last at all and I had used the ones that came with it within a week. Altogether poor products and very poor service and attitude.
Having ordered the wrong colour of bulbs, you were sent a link to the correct ones and given a returns number with which to return the incorrect ones.
The vast majority of our feedback shows the truth about our customer service and attitude. Your emails have been unpleasant to say the least and I am afraid that I cannot subscribe to the view that the customer is always right in this case.
